Scriptum License Agreement

Grant of License: DivinityCodes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Scriptum in a commercial environment, subject to the payment of applicable fees and adherence to the terms of this Agreement.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to Scriptum, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by DivinityCodes. The software is licensed, not sold.
Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Scriptum, except as permitted by applicable law without limitation.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Scriptum is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind. DivinityCodes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall DivinityCodes be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use Scriptum, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement.
General: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of Scriptum and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.
